Sony's ninth-generation console has been on the market since November 2020. It has two models: one with an integrated disc reader (compatible with physical games) and another without a reader (limited to digital games). The most notable is the move to solid hard drives (SSD) to reduce loading times to the maximum and consolidate 4K resolution. In addition, the new DualSense has haptic vibration and adaptive triggers, both aimed at increasing immersion in each game.
